I am pleased to announce that I have joined Derek Hughes at Mortgage Link Kapiti.
Founded in the early 1990`s Mortgage Link was one of the first mortgage adviser groups in New Zealand, establishing relationships with most of New Zealand`s main lenders as well as an extensive range of other providers in the lending industry.
Derek has over 13 years’ experience as the owner of Mortgage Link Kapiti and prior to that, 27 years’ banking experience to a high management level in the UK.
I qualified as an Authorised Financial Advisor in 2019 and can draw on over 25 years’ experience in economics, strategic planning, business planning, performance monitoring and business. I am extremely familiar with all the influences that drive interest rates, mortgage lending, and the property market and I am excited to share my experience so that I can develop solutions for my clients’ lending needs.
Together, Derek and I will provide our clients with expert advice, recommendations and support, to help them get the best loan for their circumstances.
